Shared Happiness

When I saw this house, I immediately fell in love with it.  It's a pretty little house built in 1860 - the smallest house in Lévis.  It has a balcony with a magnificent view of the St. Lawrence River. Less than 8 to 10 minutes walk from Old Quebec, several activities are available to you: Bike paths, cruises, festivals, pubs / restaurants,  beaches, aquarium, fort # 1, and more.

It was abandoned, lacking a lot of love for several years, I decided to restore it and share it with you.   A functional, well-equipped house in a dream location.

Stamp of the 19th

Charming house, built in 1860 and having retained its cachet of yesteryear.  It is located in an ideal place for walks along the river, on foot, by bike, in roller skating,  snowshoeing and even cross-country skiing.

The geographical location of these houses will allow you to enjoy the attractions of Old Quebec, its museums, its activities in a quiet place with a magnificent view of the river and the Château Frontenac.  In addition to discovering the city of Lévis and its good restaurants and microbrewery.  The tranquility, the beauty of the landscape changing throughout the seasons.

Present time

Beautiful chalet around Lake Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse, 2 steps from the wharf, well located for you to have a good time, admire the beautiful landscape and enjoy the present moment.

A closed pavilion with electricity, swing, table and heating to extend our summer evenings.

Games are at your disposal to make your stay a pleasant one.

The chalet is close to services, 25 minutes from Lévis and old Quebec.

Do not hesitate to reserve your place - it will be our pleasure to welcome you.
